Hello! I’m L.G. Rashmi Raveena, a passionate professional in the tea plantation and agricultural industry with hands-on experience in tea factory operations, plantation management, and logistics.

I have one year of work experience as an Assistant Factory Officer at Mihidum Valley Tea Factory and currently serve as an Assistant Factory Officer, B/L, and Store Keeper at Nildiya Valley Tea Factory. My role involves overseeing factory operations, maintaining quality control, handling logistics, and ensuring smooth tea processing and storage.

Educational Background 🎓

I have successfully completed a Diploma in Agriculture and Plantation Management at Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, where I gained deep insights into sustainable agricultural practices, plantation management, and agribusiness operations.

Currently, I am pursuing a B.Tech Degree in Plantation Crop Technology and Management at the National Institute of Plantation Management (NIPM). This degree enhances my knowledge of modern plantation techniques, advanced crop management, and sustainable agricultural development.

I am deeply committed to the tea industry and plantation sector, aiming to contribute to sustainable farming, efficient factory management, and the growth of Sri Lanka’s world-renowned tea industry.
